NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Details of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s guilty plea have been unsealed, fully outlining his confession to involvement with violent crime and drug dealing.

According to Complex, who obtained a copy of the plea agreement, Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, claimed that he “met and joined” members of the violent Nine Trey Blood Gang in the fall of 2017, right around the time he recorded the video for his hit Gummo.

The video contains multiple uses of red bandanas, which is a color often associated with the gangs affiliated with the Bloods.

In the plea, Hernandez cops to paying $20,000 to a person he identifies as Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie to shoot rapper Chief Keef. He also admits to agreeing to sell a kilogram of heroin.

The plea agreement, which was originally filed with the court in late January, was sealed while other suspects, including 6ix9ine’s alleged kidnapper Anthony Ellison and accused Chief Keef shooter Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie, could be indicted and arrested.

Hernandez faces sentencing in the case on January 23rd, 2020 and while the charges against him carry a minimum of 47 years, the judge indicated that if he continues to cooperate with the government, his ultimate sentence could be reduced below the mandatory minimum, Complex reported.

The other defendants in the case go to trial in September.
