BIOGRAPHY OF BOBBY GOLDSBORO
Bobby Goldsboro is an American pop and country singer-songwriter, guitarist, painter, and television producer. He is best known for his hit song ‘Honey’, which is one of the few singles to reach number 1 on Billboard magazine’s Hot 100 (five weeks) and Country (three weeks) charts.

He attended Dothan High School where he graduated in 1959 and later enrolled at Auburn University. After her sophomore year, Goldsboro left college to pursue a music career. From 1962 to 1964, he played guitar for Roy Orbison.
CAREER OF BOBBY GOLDSBORO
His solo career gained momentum with the top ten hit ‘See the Funny Little Clown’ which reached No. 9 on the US national charts in early 1964. The single sold over a million copies and received a gold disc.
In 1966, Goldsboro recorded ‘It’s Too Late’ with ‘Too Many People’ on the B-side. Although he was not a prolific performer of dance music, both songs were huge hits on the soul scene. North in Britain and have been performed extensively.
